LEVEL 2: Learn combatives, self-defense and ground fighting techniques
LEVEL 3: Learn intermediate combatives, self-defense, sparring and ground techniques
FIGHT: Muay Thai and Krav Maga sparring techniques in a controlled environment
KM Fit: Get fit and increase flexiblility, endurance and funtional strength
KM Bag: Use Krav Maga techniques during this intense cardio workout
Jiu-Jitsu: Learn No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and submission wrestling techniques
FORCE TRAINING: Law Enforcement and Military only Krav Maga training
